Winemaker notes: Fourchaume is a large (100ha) Premier Cru located just to the Northwest of the strip of Grand Crus that sit in the very heart of the appellation. Fourchaume is considered, along with Montee de Tonnerre, to be the finest Premier Cru land in Chablis. As with all wines from this domaine, this is produced with hand-harvested fruit and is bottled unfiltered after fermentation and aging in tank.
