Winemaking: 

• Fermentation in stainless steel followed by aging for 25 months in 460 to 500-liter (2-3 times used) French oak casks
• Rests in bottle for an additional 12 months prior to release

Notes: Bright berry fruit and spice appear first, followed by more savory hints of iron, leather smoke and tobacco. This is a wine of significant character and complexity that will only continue to impress with age.
