Using their single source organic corn from a farm in the Finger Lakes as their base, the team at Matchbook methodically integrated the fresh peels and pulp of the blood oranges slowly extracting the oils, sugars, aromas and flavors over a multi-week maceration. Think of this as an Aperol/Campari hybrid with a strong balance of bittersweet fruit, botanicals and spices. Incredibly easy to drink on its own with a splash of soda and a citrus twist or mixed into any number of drinks.
