Grape: Cabernet Franc from 50 year old Cab Franc vines

Winemaking: Natural wine. Grapes are hand harvested destemmed, the juice remains in contact with the skins for 5-6 weeks with elevage takes place in cement tanks for a gentle introduction of oxygen to soften the wine.
Tasting Notes: Light & fun! Dark berry, graphite, & herb notes. Leaves you with a slight feeling of effervescence with tingly acidity & racy vibrancy.
Pairings: Enjoy lightly chilled, on its own or next to some roast beef, BBQ, country hams or rustic patés.
