From what could be considered a grower Cava estate, the 2017 Kila Cava is a blend of 40% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeo, and 30% Parellada that spent 15 months on lees after the secondary fermentation. This medium gold-colored effort offers a juicy bouquet of green apple, citrus, and white flowers that carries to a vibrant, juicy Cava with terrific purity of fruit, good mid-palate depth, and a great finish. This delicious, well-made Cava is well worth drinking.
