Tasting Notes: Impenetrable ruby red, red fruit on the nose and black cherry jam on everything, light notes of cocoa and toasts complete the bouquet. In the mouth it is warm, rightly tannic and therefore soft, but intense with concentrated black fruit notes, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla, with the typical almond finish.
Pairings: cured meats, grilled and baked meat, pasta dishes with very structured, rich tomato sauces.
