Tikal Natural 2017 Malbec Syrah 750ml

The blend of 60% Malbec and 40% Syrah, the 2017 Natural is a brand that was born before the movement of "natural" wines, but now Ernesto Catena works in biodynamic agriculture and got interested in "natural" wines. The Syrah fermented with full clusters and fermented together with the destemmed Malbec. It has a young profile with some aromas of beeswax and honey, wild berries and herbs, pure and clean. It matured in concrete vats, and it didn't see any oak to preserve the wild character. It's juicy and has an approachable and soft palate with tasty flavors, good freshness and no heat.
